The man who cut my hair here did not know what he was doing. He did not clean any of his equipment before helping me, his finger was bleeding and he was cutting my hair while standing in front of me and grazing my chest area. I have been coming here for years but after today I will NEVER come back or recommend this place to anyone!
Had my hair cut by Connie at this location she has no idea what she is doing. For 5 years I have had hair down to my rear one bad hair cut changed that. She put a hole on the right side which made me have to cut it shoulder length ; she drug dull scissors through my hair in an atempt to slide cut layers fail ! Plus it hurt after talking with others in the area I am not her only victim. How she still works there I don't know take my advice and steer clear not worth the one star i gave them

I took my son here for a haircut today, showed this girl Ashley exactly how I wanted the cut from one of their books, confirmed with her TWICE that she knew how to do it since it was a shorter cut in the back and required clippers. She assured me she could and the result was a complete disaster! She unfortunately had no clue whatsoever what she was doing and my poor 3 year old's hair was covered in patches everywhere, pieces that were completely missed all together, no fading of lines, looked nothing like the pic I showed her AND on top of that she cut him THREE times in the back of his neck. I'm not one to be rude but it was just horrible so I took him right back in an told them it was unacceptable and luckily a different stylist was able to make it somewhat less terrible considering what she had to work with. Adding insult to injury (literally), they had the audacity to offer a free haircut for next time as opposed to a refund as if I'd ever return there again. Totally awful experience, awful haircut and my son's swollen and cut up neck is paying for it.
