The guys that came out today were fantastic! I really appreciate the help and everything tall did for my family and I! I would definitely recommend this company over any other
The guys were on time, put on foot covers, and fixed our problem quickly. They even spent a couple of minutes cutting with our grandsons. Good experience an we'll have them back should we need them again.
To come out it is just 60$. To snake one line it is 175$. Way too expensive. The guy that is here now is some young punk kid and slams the doors as he enters and exits the house. He is not friendly whatsoever. I hate you Ben Franklin plumbing and will never do business with you and will spread the word.

Reply I'm not arguing with you what I have said in my review is true facts. If I want no work done and I turn you away it is 60$. Now that I want work done it is 60 plus 175 to just snake one line. That is outrages compared to other companies. Fact. I'm done.
What a great job Clinton and his crew did on our house. Clinton was really great to work very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our house was built in 1934 and additions done throughout the years, not an easy task to handle with repiping and new water system and drain lines. Thank you Benjamin Franklin for having such great and awesome employees. Clinton will be our plumber from here on out!!!!
